A few quick answers
The cycle is very loud. Is that right?
Choose 30, 60 or 90 seconds; 60 is the default. Automatic volume boosting can raise volume to 100% and restore it afterwards. You can disable automatic volume and vibration in Settings. Keep the phone away from your ears.
Which features are Free and which need Pro?
Free includes 1 cleaning cycle per week, shared between water and dust, plus up to 3 extra cleaning cycles a day for watching ads. Rewarded ads do not add uses of the sound tools. The week starts on Monday in local time; a cleaning cycle is counted when it starts. All sound tools are free with ads. When the allowance ends, choose Pro or the daily rewarded cycle. From 1.2.1, ✕ or Free version closes the plans screen at onboarding and each Free launch. Pro is unlimited and ad-free, with Apple Watch, Siri, Shortcuts and widgets on compatible Apple platforms, not Android. Choose Weekly, Yearly or one-time Lifetime in App Store or Google Play; stores show local prices. No trial or introductory price is currently offered. In the native app, Speaker Test, Tone Generator and dB Meter each allow one Free use per week, from Play to Stop; they reset on Monday in local time. Ads grant only an extra cleaning cycle, not extra tool uses. If a tool has been used this week, choose Pro or wait until Monday. Pro includes unlimited cleaning cycles and sound tools, without ads.
Siri doesn't understand "dry my speaker".
Siri needs the app's name in the phrase: "Hey Siri, dry my speaker with Wring". Siri is a Pro feature on iOS. You can customize shortcuts in the Shortcuts app.
How do meter photos and Share work?
Open the dB Meter camera mode and press the shutter to create a photo with readings overlaid locally. On Android 10 and later, it is added to Pictures/Wring through MediaStore without storage permission. Android 8 and 9 request write permission for saving; if declined, Share still works. The app does not read your existing gallery. Camera and microphone permissions are needed for the corresponding features. A temporary local copy goes to the system share menu only when you tap Share; Wring does not upload it.
Can I use one subscription on another device?
Purchases belong to the Apple Account or Google Account used to buy them. Sign in with the same store account on another compatible device of the same platform and use Restore purchases in Wring. App Store purchases do not unlock Android, and Google Play purchases do not unlock iPhone or iPad.
